By setting up your licence expiry dates (and how far in advance you would like to be notified) on the my details page you can then get email reminders when they are approaching.
Booking time periods can be in natural times, one booking can be from 10:00-11:30, then next can start at 11:30 (it does not have to start at 11:31). More
