The shared aircraft diary system is a comprehensive web based system for managing the bookings of shared aircraft. In addition to managing the diary the system also provides a number of other features that will enhance the use and management of group owned aircraft.

Throughout this documentation it is assumed that reader is familiar with standard web browsing techniques like clicking and following hyperlinks and using navigation menus.

Note: throughout this help special tips and notes will be displayed in this format. Words that are in coloured type or underlined are normally 'hotspots' clicking on them will result in a jump to that topic or the text being expanded to display more information.

If you are new to the system it is suggested you review some of the features available and then proceed to the getting started section.

Note: Some web browsers (especially if windows xp service pack 2 has been installed) may restrict full access to the online help. You may be warned about loading active content, this content can be safely allowed. If you do not allow the active content you will still be able to use the basics of this help system but in a limited way.
