Document Maintenance

Allows you to upload a new document or amend details of an existing document.




To select the document from your PC click on the browse button.


Once the document has been uploaded then automatic emails will be sent out informing members of the selected level that a new document has been uploaded and is available.



NOTE: The AvShareD website should NOT be used as a backup site and should not contain the only copy of a document, ensure that you have a secure offline copy of all important documents.
